Be a guest

You've run the number that everyone else theorises about.

Pipeline is thirty minutes with the people who own the number — on what actually produced pipeline last year, what was supposed to and didn't, and the decision they'd take back.

Apply to be a guest

Forty minutes in total: ten to settle in, thirty recorded. You get the questions a week beforehand, and there's nothing to prepare. No fee, either way.

What to expect

  1. Apply in a minute

Three quick questions after your details, so we can tell whether the conversation will land with our audience.

  2. Book your slot

If it's a fit, you go straight on to pick a recording time. The booking is the point, not a wait.

  3. The same three questions

The pipeline you inherited, the channel that surprised you, and the decision you'd take back — sent a week ahead.

  4. Share the finished episode

You get the episode, a transcript and clips for your own channels.

A great fit

  • You carry a revenue or pipeline target and have had to defend how you spent against it
  • You ran something long enough to find out you were wrong about it, and you'll say so on record
  • You'd rather share what actually happened than the case-study version

Probably not a fit

  • You want airtime for a product demo
  • You don't own a pipeline or revenue number
  • You'd rather pitch your own topic than answer our three questions

Questions guests ask

Is there a fee to appear?

No, in either direction. We don't charge guests and we don't pay them. If a show asks you to pay to appear, it's selling advertising and calling it an interview.

How much of my time does this take?

Forty minutes in total on the day — ten to settle in and check audio, thirty recorded. You get the questions a week beforehand. There's no prep call and nothing to write.

What do I get afterwards?

The full episode audio and video, a transcript, and clips cut for your own channels. Your name, company and one link of your choosing go in the show notes.

Where does the episode publish, and how do you promote it?

Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube, plus the show's site. Each episode goes out to our list and is clipped across LinkedIn over the fortnight after release.

Is it live?

No — it's recorded, so a dog barking or a sentence you want to start again costs nothing. If something goes badly wrong, we stop and pick it up again.
